Fred Pabst purchased the first parcel of land at Pabst Farms.
Over the years he transformed it into the nationally acclaimed breeding grounds for prize-winning Holstein cattle, as well as Percheron and Hackney horses.
Through his efforts, Pabst Farms also won acclaim for land development and preservation. His love of the land is part of the legacy and vision behind the Pabst Farms master-planned community… build to the land, not on the land.
