New Leading Developer Partners with Pabst Farms on Large Open-Air Retail Center
Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (DDR) on December 3, 2007 entered into a partnership agreement with Pabst Farms to build an approximately one-million-square-foot regional retail center on 120 acres. DDR is a leading shopping center developer and owns as well as manages more than 700 retail centers world-wide. Pabst Farms Town Centre is expected to open in 2010.

Pabst Farms and DDR are currently in the process of signing up tenants and hope to have news of the first announced stores later this year.
