Leading Developer Partners with Pabst Farms on Large Open-Air Retail Center
Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (DDR) on December 3, 2007 entered into a partnership agreement with Pabst Farms to build an approximately one-million-square-foot regional retail center on 120 acres. DDR is a leading shopping center developer and owns as well as manages more than 700 retail centers world-wide. Pabst Farms Town Centre is expected to open in 2010.

Pabst Farms and DDR are currently in the process of signing up tenants.
