One of the highlights of the overall Pabst Farms development is the state-of-the-art Roundy's Distribution Center. This $80 million, 1,075,000 sq. ft. distribution facility is one of the largest in Wisconsin.

Other noteworthy development is the Fall, 2011 opening of the Interchange at I-94 and Sawyer Road completing a critical transportation link to the future office park known as the Business Tech Core and to the future retail center.

Commerce Centre – Staybridge Suites celebrated its Grand Opening in June, 2009. The upscale extended-stay hotel is ideally located across from the new Aurora Medical Center at Pabst Farms. Staybridge Suites and Hilton Garden Inn at Pabst Farms, which opened two years ago, are serving the expanding needs of travellers in the growing Waukesha county area.

The other new project is a 30,000 sq.ft. spec industrial building. Key tenant for the spec building is Fastenal Corp. which occupies nearly 25%.

Anchors for the Commerce Centre include the 1.1 million sq.ft. Roundy's Distribution Center, the 81,000 sq. ft. Ace Precision headquarters building and the 38,000 sq. ft. Harley-Davidson dealership. Sentry Equipment Corp., a venerable, employee-owned Oconomowoc business, moved its headquarters and manufacturing facility to the Commerce Centre, occupying a 51,100 sq.ft. facility.

Sites are available for light industrial and office as well as hospitality including restaurant and hotel. The Hospitality Campus of the Commerce Centre is strategically located directly west of Aurora Medical Center.

Construction of the 110-bed, 792,000 sq. ft. regional destination hospital began in Sept. 2007. It adjoins the Aurora Wilkenson Medical Clinic which opened in Oct. 2009. The Health & Wellness campus at Pabst Farms provides a premium high visibility area with approximately 1.5 miles of building sites adjacent to I-94. Planned uses for the 184-acre parcel include medical facilities, professional building, nursing home, independent living facility in addition to the hospital complex.

Business Tech Core
