Background:
Peter Paul Bell is the president of First Realty Company,
a family-owned, full service real estate firm founded
in 1856 in Chicago, IL. In his 30-plus year real estate
career, Peter Bell has had responsibility for the management
of over 4,000 multi-family units as well as several
million square feet of retail, office and business park
assets. He has also been involved in numerous land planning
and development projects involving both new construction
as well as the rehabilitation of existing assets.
